About the Role
We are hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Technical, Telecom, and Engineering roles across multiple projects. This role requires strong expertise in the Asia Pacific (APAC) talent market, hands-on sourcing, and the ability to close positions in high-volume and niche hiring environments.
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
* Handle IT recruitment, technical recruitment, and project-based hiring.
* Perform active sourcing / headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Kalibrr, Indeed, referrals, and social media sourcing.
* Partner with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and clients to understand job requirements and delivery timelines.
* Conduct candidate screening, technical pre-assessments, and behavioral interviews.
* Drive bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche skill hiring.
* Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, talent pipelines, and hiring dashboards.
* Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer rollouts.
* Ensure recruitment activities comply with Philippines labor laws and hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
* 2+ years of experience in Recruiter / Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruiter roles.
* Proven experience in IT hiring, technical staffing, contract staffing, and permanent hiring.
* Strong understanding of APAC recruitment market, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
* Hands-on expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and passive candidate engagement.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple job requisitions under tight deadlines.
* Experience working with MNCs, international clients, or offshore delivery models is a strong plus.
Nice to Have :
* Experience in Telecom recruitment, Engineering hiring, or Project-based staffing.
* Exposure to RPO, MSP, or vendor management models.
* Familiarity with ATS tools, CRM systems, and recruitment analytics.
