Job Title: U.S. Healthcare Recruiter


Job Description:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent in the U.S. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and create job descriptions. Utilize social media and professional networks to promote job openings and attract candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract U.S. healthcare professionals
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
  • Utilize social media, professional networks, job boards, and healthcare databases to source candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics
  • Build and maintain pipelines of specialized clinical talent for high-volume hiring demands
  • Ensure candidates meet U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance standards
  • Work in a metrics-driven RPO environment and coordinate with onboarding and credentialing teams


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience hiring U.S. healthcare professionals including US Registered Nurses (USRNs), U.S. Travel Nurses, Community Nurses, and other U.S. healthcare staffing roles
  • Handles full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for U.S. clients
  • Skilled in advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases
  • Knowledge of U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance standards
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven RPO environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, onboarding, and credentialing teams


This role is office-based and ideal for recruiters experienced in U.S. healthcare staffing who can manage high-volume hiring while ensuring compliance and quality.
