I. Job Responsibilities

1. Develop recruitment plans based on business needs and achieve team expansion goals of 20-100 people.

2. Maintain and expand local recruitment channels to improve onboarding and retention rates.

3. Responsible for candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding follow-up.

4. Compile recruitment data and report recruitment progress regularly.

5. Continuously optimize the recruitment process and efficiency.


II. Job Requirements

- Education: College diploma or above (experience preferred)

- Language: English (working language) + Urdu (required)

- Experience in Call Center/Telemarketing recruitment

- Strong execution skills and ability to withstand recruitment pressure.


III. Bonus Points

- Experience in game promotion/online entertainment industry recruitment

- Experience in building a team from scratch
