1.流程体系搭建与优化：
建立并持续完善 项目管理标准流程（含立项、评审、变更等环节），输出标准化模板（如风险清单、交付文档等），推动跨部门协同流程落地，提升项目运作效率。
2.进度与风险管控：
实时跟踪项目进度，识别项目中的关键风险点（如资源冲突、技术瓶颈、合规要求等），建立风险台账并制定应对预案，协调内外部资源解决项目阻塞问题，降低项目延期、返工风险。
3.数据复盘与赋能：
收集项目核心数据，形成项目复盘报告，提炼经验教训并输出优化建议；搭建项目管理知识沉淀体系，赋能项目团队提升管理能力。
4.人才与事件追踪
在所负责系统内主动观察一线人才，建立人才挖掘报告与持续跟踪机制；同时对部门内值得关注的事件进行追踪记录，形成事件库。
任职要求
1.6年以上IT系统管理、项目交付或产品管理相关经验。
2、PMP等相关资质认证者优先；
3、有良好的沟通能力，抗压能力强，能够适应较复杂的合作环境;
4. 具备结构化复盘与表达能力，可以结论先行的方式向管理层汇报。
