Role Scope Summary

We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives across our global business. As a key member of the technology team, you will drive strategic alignment, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement across a dynamic portfolio of programs. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with deep expertise in project governance, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise transformation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the business’s future by enabling scalable growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Key Position Responsibilities

Program Delivery

  • End-to-end delivery of strategic technology programs, ensuring alignment with core business objectives and value realization.
  • Oversee program planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams and geographies.
  • Drive delivery assurance, risk mitigation, and benefits tracking for enterprise initiatives.

Portfolio Governance & Strategic Alignment

  • Enhance and maintain PMO frameworks, standards, and tools to support consistent delivery practices.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Ensure programs are aligned with the business’s strategic roadmap and investment priorities.
  • Contribute to global PMO initiatives (not necessarily directly in-scope of role deliverables)

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and delivery teams.
  • Champion change management and communication strategies to support program adoption.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence outcomes across diverse teams.

Reporting, Insights & Decision Support

  • Deliver high-impact reporting, dashboards, and insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs, financials, and delivery metrics to assess program health and performance.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies with clear mitigation strategies.


Job Requirements, Qualifications, Experience, Attributes

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in project/program management, with a focus on technology delivery.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Experience in FinTech, financial services, or technology-driven environments, with digital asset experience a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, with strong English language capability is essential
  • Advanced proficiency in project tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM) highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and delivery focus.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to lead through influence.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
