Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and manage enterprise-level projects within the Banking & Insurance sector. The role requires strong expertise in project management methodologies, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery governance to ensure successful execution of large-scale transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate enterprise-wide projects and programs ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, staffing, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Drive project execution using proven project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks.

• Manage project scope, scheduling, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency planning.

• Oversee stakeholder communication, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms.

• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalation processes.

• Ensure alignment of project delivery with organizational strategy and business objectives.

• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with business leaders to ensure successful transformation initiatives.

• Track project performance metrics, delivery milestones, and operational improvements.
