岗位简介｜About the Role
- 我们正在寻找一位有活力、具备技术理解能力的 CEO 助理，在快速发展的行业中支持公司管理层。
- 该职位将与 CEO 密切合作，参与跨国团队沟通、业务推进、信息整合及项目管理，是一份能够获得高视野与高速成长的核心岗位。

工作职责｜Key Responsibilities
- 协助 CEO 处理日程安排、会议准备、跨部门与跨国团队协调
- 跟进 CEO 指派的事项，及时追踪进度并主动汇报
- 参与内部，外部团队的沟通，协助整理业务需求与信息
- 协助准备内部简报、报告、业务数据与文件
- 协助 CEO 管理关键业务项目，提高整体组织效率
- 根据需要协助 CEO 出差、参与对外会议或商务活动
任职要求｜Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，IT / 计算机相关专业优先
- 对工作经验无要求，但对区块链行业有兴趣或已有基础认知
- 中英文双语流利（口头 + 书面）
- 学习能力强、逻辑清晰、执行力高，能适应快节奏环境
- 隐私与信息安全意识强，对敏感信息具备高度谨慎性
- High integrity（高度诚信），成熟稳重，值得信赖
- 具备责任心、抗压性，能独立完成 CEO 指派任务
