负责领导和管理生产计划控制整体工作，确保生产及出货按时完成。
根据客户需求及生产产能，制定并管理各产品型号的主生产计划。
规划并优化生产人力配置，以满足生产需求。
制定并跟进新项目及产量变更的爬坡计划，包括生产模拟及产能分析；监控每日产量、在制品（WIP）及生产绩效，确保达成生产目标。
编制并审核每周生产计划（Build Plan），协调公司内部及外部制造工厂的生产安排。
主导制定并执行生产异常、物料短缺及产能缺口的恢复计划（Recovery Plan）。
管理并维护ERP/MES生产模块，确保系统数据准确及生产执行顺利。
与生产部、计划部、采购部、仓库、工程部、品质部及销售部紧密合作，解决生产问题并提升运营效率。
主持每日、每周及每月生产会议，推动改善行动，提高交付达成率、WIP管理及生产效率。
分析生产绩效，持续推动改善、提高生产效率并降低成本。
培训、指导并管理PC团队，确保计划执行有效并达成部门KPI目标。
