Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years experience in food and beverage industry
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Production Manager
• HACCP/ServSAFE certified is a plus
• Experience in inventory planning & control, costing and stock forecasting is a must
• Champion in Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices.
• Excellent Organization, Time Management, and Administrative Skills.
• Team player with a passion for developing future leaders
• College degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering or other related course
• Experience in chain and restaurant group setting is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the whole operations of the production department.
• Plans, leads, organizes and controls all activities of his/her department
• Monitors quality of products and ensures adherence to company standards and recommends to the Operations Manager possible improvements to existing standards.
• Responsible for strategic planning and management of the Commissary including but not limited to Inventory, Production, and People Management.
• Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel
