Manage, supervise, and optimize the use of the company’s vehicle fleet directly in the field to ensure operations run efficiently, safely, and on time (loading and unloading operations).

Fleet Management Coordinator Responsibilities

Real-Time Monitoring (Tracking):

Monitor vehicle movement through GPS systems or fleet management software to ensure all units follow the correct routes and to track idle time.

Operational Supervision:

Manage the deployment and utilization of vehicles and equipment, including operator assignments, to match operational needs at loading and disposal sites.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Schedule and ensure regular maintenance activities (service, oil changes, physical inspections) are carried out on time to prevent major breakdowns and ensure fleet reliability.
