岗位职责：
一、产品战略与规划
1、基于公司 Web2+Web3 财富管理核心业务，制定核心产品的中长期战略规划，明确产品定位、迭代节奏与商业目标，驱动产品从 0 到 1 创新及 1 到 N 规模化落地。
2、主导核心产品全生命周期管理，负责需求调研、业务流程梳理、原型设计、PRD 输出，统筹产品从需求评审、研发开发、测试验收至上线发布的全流程落地。
3、带领产品团队，统筹产品需求、设计、迭代全流程，制定产品规范与标准，提升团队整体产出效率与专业能力。
4、围绕产品商业目标，制定产品运营策略，赋能销售与客户成功团队，支撑客户拓展、AUA 增长及营收目标达成。
任职要求：
1、统招全日制本科及以上学历，5 年以上金融科技、财富管理、券商资管领域产品经验，5年以上团队管理经验。
2、精通产品规划与设计，具备财富科技产品经验，能独立输出高质量 PRD、原型及产品方案。
3、具备极强的战略思维、商业敏感度与用户洞察力，能平衡产品体验、合规风险与商业价值。优秀的跨部门协同能力、项目管理能力与抗压能力，能高效统筹多线程工作，推动复杂项目落地。
4、具备良好的英语读写能力（工作涉及香港及海外业务对接），熟悉金融专业术语。
有头部券商金融科技部门或同类财富科技平台工作经验者优先。
