Job Description
岗位职责
1. 负责交易所增⻓体系设计与产品化建设，包括拉新、激活、留存、召回全链路转化机制。
2. 设计并迭代活动系统能⼒（奖励规则配置、⽤⼾分层、⾃动发放、反作弊机制），提升活动可复⽤
性与ROI可追踪性。
3. 负责邀请与代理体系产品设计，包括返佣结构、结算逻辑、数据看板及⻛控机制。
4. 搭建渠道归因与增⻓数据监控体系，优化注册-KYC-⼊⾦-⾸单-活跃交易转化漏⽃。
5. 基于数据分析制定增⻓实验策略（A/B测试、多版本激励机制），持续优化⽤⼾质量与交易贡献。
6. 协同市场、运营、BD团队，将业务策略沉淀为可规模化的产品能⼒。
任职要求
1. 3年以上增⻓产品经验，有Crypto / CEX / ⾦融科技经验优先。
2. 有活动系统、激励机制或邀请体系设计经验，⽽⾮单纯活动执⾏背景。
3. 熟悉转化漏⽃分析⽅法，具备SQL或BI⼯具使⽤能⼒。
4. 理解交易所核⼼指标（交易量、活跃交易⽤⼾、留存、⽤⼾质量等）。
5. 具备从0-1搭建增⻓机制或体系的实操经验。
6. 结果导向，能够在⾼节奏环境中推动跨团队协作。
加分项
• 有代理体系或多级返佣模型设计经验。
• 有Token激励或交易挖矿机制设计经验。
• 有反作弊或增⻓⻛控设计经验。
