Job Description
岗位职责
1. 负责现货/杠杆交易产品全生命周期管理，需求分析、需求设计，推进项目上
线和促进业务增长。
2. 迭代下单链路，协助技术和运营解决客户订单问题、借贷问题。
3. 负责资管管理、流水设计、借币管理、利率模型等功能迭代。
4. 负责资产统计分析、盈亏分析、清算对账，理清系统资产、用户资产明细账
目。
岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，金融/计算机相关专业优先。
2. 3～5 年产品工作经验，传统金融行业或 web3 领域交易相关经验 1 年以上优
先，有借贷产品经验优先。
3. 较好的数据统计和分析能力，细心耐心对数据敏感，具备可视化呈现能力。
4. 良好的沟通协作能力，条理清晰责任心强，能推动技术人员实现项目快速落地。
