Job Description
【岗位职责】
1. 负责平台跟单类产品的整体规划与迭代，涵盖交易、管理、收益展示、撮合等核心模块；
2. 基于用户需求、市场调研与竞品分析，制定产品发展方向，设计功能和用户体验；
3. 协调研发、设计、运营、风控等多方资源，推动产品按时高质量上线；
4. 关注合规风险，确保产品在合规、安全的框架下运行；
5. 跟进上线后数据表现和用户反馈，持续优化产品功能与交互体验；
6. 与市场、运营团队配合，支持策略人招募、内容建设与用户增长工作。
【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、计算机、数学等相关专业优先；
2. 3年以上互联网或金融科技产品经验，有现货、合约交易、跟单交易、投顾平台、股票交易等相关经验优先；
3. 熟悉加密货币交易，了解策略交易者与普通投资者的核心需求；
4. 拥有数据驱动的产品思维，能够基于用户数据进行洞察并快速迭代优化产品；
5. 较强的跨团队沟通与项目管理能力，能独立负责从0到1或从1到N的产品规划与落地；
6. 中英文读写流利，海外产品经验者优先。
