Job Description
岗位职责：
1. 负责与银行/支付机构对接（开户、对接API、结算流程、SLA）。
2. 设计用户入金/出金流程（支持多币种、多渠道），含对账与清算机制。
3. 规划支付产品：P2P、第三方支付、银行卡入金、快捷支付渠道等。
4. 与合规/AML/法务协调，设定法币支付限额、合规检查点、商户白名单管理。
5. 负责手续费模型、结算周期与对账自动化。
6. 推动新市场/新货币的法币渠道拓展计划与合规可行性评估。
7. 监控法币流入/流出指标、对账差异与渠道可用性。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上，金融、支付、计算机或相关经验。
2. 3–6年支付、银行对接或金融产品经验（支付网关、收单、清算）。
3. 熟悉银行合规、KYC/AML对接要求与支付监管（香港/目标市场）。
4. 有项目推进与跨团队协作能力,熟悉对账流程优先。
优先加分项：
有银行/收单机构工作经验、或支付合规背景。
