Job Description
岗位职责：
1. 负责现货撮合引擎、订单类型、撮合策略与撮合性能优化的产品需求。
2. 设计OTC流程、报价系统、KYC对接、限额与风控联动。
3. 设计理财/收益类产品（质押借贷、矿池、收益凭证等）的产品逻辑、收益分配与风控规则。
4. 与研发协作优化前端下单体验、撮合延迟与成交率。
5. 负责手续费/撮合费结构、激励策略与市场上币流程的产品支持。
6. 数据驱动分析交易转化路径、流失点并推动改进。
7. 与市场/运营配合做促活策略、交易活动与用户教育。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上，金融、计算机或相关专业。
2. 4–6年交易产品经验（交易所、券商或做市/OTC平台）。
3. 熟悉撮合原理、订单簿、订单类型（限价、市价、IOC、FOK等）。
4. 有设计金融理财产品或结构性产品经验优先。
5. 强数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL/指标工具者优先。
优先加分项：
有国际市场/流动性设计、做市商对接经验。
