Job Description
岗位职责：
1. 规划财务中台产品路线（对账引擎、会计科目与账簿、结算/出入金核对）。
2. 设计并推动对接交易引擎、钱包系统、银行交换/支付通道的数据流与对账流程。
3. 负责会计引擎的科目映射、分录策略、多币种与VA折算规则实现。
4. 设计业财转化流程（交易→会计→报表），保证数据一致性与可审计性。
5. 建立财务报表引擎（管理报表、监管报表、Tax/AML报表）。
6. 与财务、税务、审计及合规团队协作，支持审计、监管与税务申报需求。
7. 推动自动化对账、异常自动提醒与结算风险控制。
8. 制定并监控财务中台关键指标（对账成功率、账务差异率、结算时效等）。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上，财务/会计/信息系统/计算机相关专业优先。
2. 5年以上财务系统/中台/ERP产品或金融产品经验；熟悉会计准则者优先。
3. 了解虚拟资产会计处理实务与监管报表要求优先。
4. 精通常用数据仓/ETL、对账逻辑与报表建模。
5. 良好沟通能力，能协调财务、产品、研发、运维与第三方对接。
加分项：
曾参与银行对接、支付清算系统或交易所会计系统建设经验。
