Job Description
岗位职责：
1、负责AI相关产品的市场调研、用户需求分析及竞品分析，结合公司战略制定AI产品的短期及长期发展路线图。
2、负责AI辅助内容生产工具的搭建，提升媒体内容的生产效率与个性化推荐精度。
3、主导AI项目的全生命周期管理，包括需求定义、原型设计、PRD撰写、开发跟进及上线验收。与技术团队（算法、工程）紧密协作，管理模型训练、数据标注、Prompt Engineering等环节，确保模型效果与产品体验达标。
5、建立AI产品的数据监控体系，通过用户反馈和数据分析持续优化模型逻辑及交互设计，提升产品核心指标。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学、人机交互等相关专业优先。
2、有成功的AI项目落地经验，熟悉机器学习基础原理，了解模型训练、数据标注、效果评估的全流程。
3、能熟练使用Axure、Xmind、Figrma等工具完成产品设计，并能与技术团队就API接口、模型参数进行高效沟通。
4、有区块链AI项目经验者优先。
