Job Description
岗位职责：
1、 负责（DEX）撮合交易系统的产品设计与迭代，包括订单薄（Order Book）模型、AMM（自动化做市商）机制或混合模型的产品落地。
2、设计做市商接入方案、流动性挖矿策略及激励模型，提升交易对的深度，降低滑点。
3、监控撮合引擎的性能数据（如TPS、成交率、延迟），与技术团队协作优化交易确认逻辑，处理交易拥堵或共识异常问题。
4、结合链上数据及用户画像，策划各类运营活动，提升交易量和用户活跃度。
5、密切关注主流及新兴DEX的产品动态，输出竞品分析报告，确保平台机制的先进性。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、金融工程、数学或相关理工科专业优先。
2、3年以上互联网产品经验，且至少1-2年及以上区块链/Web3行业产品经验。
3、深刻理解去中心化交易所（DEX） 的运行机制，熟悉订单薄、AMM（恒定乘积公式等）、流动性池、无常损失等概念。
4、具备数据敏感度，能够通过SQL或链上分析工具独立提取和分析数据。
