Position Responsibilities: 1. Conduct user research, competitive product analysis, requirement elicitation, and financial product design. 2. Accurately analyze target customers’ industry characteristics and pain points; leverage platform capabilities to refine and optimize business processes. 3. Drive project management with the product at the core, efficiently coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, etc.) to ensure on-time, high-quality product launches. 4. Lead product iteration and updates, optimize business logic and operational workflows, and advance the product iteration roadmap. Monitor market trends and competitors, and regularly produce competitive analysis and industry research reports. Position Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; minimum three years of product management experience; proven track record of bringing projects from concept to launch (0→1). 2. Strong familiarity with funds, wealth management, and equities, with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis; experience with Web3.0 products is a plus. 3. Product planning mindset, capable of managing financial products end-to-end—from concept and process design to user experience—based on market insights. 4. Excellent logical thinking skills, able to distill and abstract key business rules from extensive external requirements, and efficiently align business needs with effective solutions. 5. Passion for financial products, proactive and innovative thinker with keen market insight, strong analytical and judgment abilities, capable of deeply understanding user needs and proposing effective innovations.
