Job Description
【岗位职责】
1、负责品牌B的TikTok品牌直播间在越南胡志明市的发展，帮助直播间不断优化、迭代、提升效果、制造爆品，最后达成更高的GMV销量；
2、根据公司运营策略，有效制定TikTok直播策略，对账号相关的数据进行分析、竞争对手分析，制定年度、季度、月度直播运营计划并实施，根据销售数据结果，持续优化账号的直播运营策略;
3、负责策划TIKTOK平台的直播综合活动，根据活动的营销目标和规划制定具体的执行方案并落地；熟悉直播间的流量节奏，做好货品规划盘货、主播培训、主播话术整合、场控等现场运营工作；
4、负责胡志明市本地直播团队的运营管理工作，完成团队搭建、完善业务流程，提升直播团队效率，为经营指标负责。
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上电商平台直播运营相关经验+至少1年的团队管理经验，有快消、时尚品牌直播服务经验优先；
2、热爱直播行业，熟悉TikTok的传播机制和运营规则，了解TikTok店铺运营的基本规则，数据分析能力强；
3、逻辑清晰、抗压强，有强烈的自我驱动力，对综合素质有要求，有越南本土直播团队管理经验。
4、英语能作为工作语言，英语口语交流顺畅流利，会中文是加分项（越南华裔/华人 英语&中文 2选1）。
