Pre-Sales Technical Support

Responsibilities and Duties

·      Collaborate with the sales team to understand, analyze, and refine customer requirements.

·      Work closely with the engineering team to validate technical specifications and feasibility.

·      Support pre-sales activities, including the preparation of RFPs, proposals, and technical

documentation.

·      Participate in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept(POC) implementations.

·      Conduct product training sessions and provide technical consultation to external takeholders.

·      Act as a sub-Project Manager, tracking project progress and ensuring timely completion

of tasks.

·      Perform any other duties as assigned by management, based on business needs.

·      Any other tasks assigned by management are deemed necessary as and when required

Skills and Specifications

·      Good command of English & Tagalog is a must

·      Willing to learn and possess a tenacious work attitude.

·      Must be highly motivated, proactive, possess a positive attitude, and have strong

analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills.

·      Possessed IT and security knowledge.

·      Have programming language experience, especially in mobile application development.

·      Able to communicate complicated technical issues with effective presentation skills.

·      Prior experience in application development and deployment is desirable

·      Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.

·      Willing to travel if required.

Education and Qualifications

·      Preferred Degree in Engineering & IT related background or equivalent

·      Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
