Job Description

工作要求:

人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历;

3年以上人力资源或薪资工作经验

熟悉《雇佣条例》及相关规例;

熟练使用Word、PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件;

良好的中英文书写和口语能力,包括普通话;

性格开朗,做事有条理,责任心强,注重细节


主要职责:

参与整个人力资源生命周期,包括全面的人力资源职能,重点是工资服务,入职,福利管理

负责每月工资,最终工资计算,税务报告和员工福利管理,包括休假和考勤,医疗,强积金,团体保险续保

薪酬和绩效管理职责,包括年度绩效考核,薪酬审查和基准,晋升和年度奖金流程

根据需要处理人才获取和入职流程

编制各种人力资源报告
