• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for baking.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in all baking processes.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new seasonal pastries and desserts.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Pastry Arts or related field
• Experience Level: 5 years and above
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, creativity in dessert presentation, and time management skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
