Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channel
  • Optimize campaigns based on cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, lead quality, and funnel performance
  • Set up and manage lead forms, landing page funnels, and retargeting campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, copy, and offers to improve performance
  • Monitor daily ad performance and adjust budgets and strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to align messaging and creatives
  • Analyze performance data and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
  • Ensure accurate tracking and measurement (pixels, events, conversions)

Qualifications

  • Must have 3–5 years of proven media buying experience focused on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Should be proficient in designing ad creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing is preferred. While not mandatory, the candidate should understand the fundamentals and workflow.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Direct Response Marketing Funnels, including landing pages, VSLs (Video Sales Letters), copywriting, and customer journey/flow. Experience beyond simply running lead form ads is required.
  • Should be able to provide proven examples or case studies of successful campaigns from previous clients to demonstrate understanding of funnel-based marketing.
  • Must have the ability to develop and test creative ad concepts, as Meta currently prioritizes strong and engaging creatives for performance.
  • Must have 2–3 years of experience running campaigns in international markets, specifically the US, Canada, or Australia.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead qualification workflows
  • Experience managing monthly advertising budgets
