You will lead change management efforts, organizational design projects, and capability-building programs to ensure scalability and adaptability. You will also create competitive and breakthrough strategies that show a clear connection between vision and action. You view talent development as an organizational imperative. You instill and sustain organization-wide energy to show what is possible.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven expertise in organizational development and change management.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering sectors is highly desirable.
