核心职责
负责理财业务整体运营策略的制定与落地，规划业务增长路径，提升用户资产规模、资金留存与用户粘性，对AUM、用户规模、资金留存率等核心指标负责，持续优化各产品线资产配置与增长策略。
参与理财产品结构设计，提升产品吸引力与资金利用效率，动态调整收益方案，平衡用户收益与平台成本。
基于用户资产规模、风险偏好、持仓结构等维度进行用户分层运营，制定差异化运营策略，提升高净值用户与长期持币用户的理财渗透率，搭建高效资金转化路径。
搭建并监控理财业务核心数据指标体系，定期输出业务分析与复盘报告，及时发现问题并推动运营策略优化。
持续跟踪行业竞品、产品形态及市场利率变化，结合平台特点动态调整产品与运营策略，挖掘新的理财场景与增长机会。
任职要求
3–5 年及以上互联网、金融或加密资产行业相关工作经验，有理财、资管、财富管理相关经验优先。
对数据敏感，具备较强的数据分析、指标拆解与业务复盘能力。
具备良好的跨部门协作与项目推进能力，能够独立推动复杂业务落地。
结果导向，责任心强，具备优秀的执行力、抗压能力与问题解决能力
