岗位职责：
1、负责交易所现货上币、下币全流程管理，定期优化上币运营体系（流程 SOP、协作机制）
2、统筹内部分工协同BD、研究院、财务、技术、风控、法务、运营等多部门，推动项目按期上线。
3、推动团队内部自动化工具落地，提升团队工作效率，并通过自动化的监控工具持续监控已上线资产表现。
4、收集项目方合作反馈，维护项目方、做市商等合作伙伴关系。
5、组织团队培训（行业知识、合规政策、流程操作），提升团队专业能力。
任职要求：
1、英文流利，本科及以上学历（金融、经济、计算机、区块链相关专业优先）。
2、3年以上交易所或相关领域经验，完整主导过现货上下币全流程。
3、具备出色的项目管理、跨部门协调与沟通推动能力。
4、熟悉区块链行业，具备较强的风险判断和决策能力。
5、结果导向，能适应快节奏、多任务并行的工作环境。
