Job Description
岗位职责
1. 负责交易对上下架全流程执⾏，包括资料准备、参数配置、系统提单、上线校验及后续维护。
2. 负责交易规则与⻛控参数⽇常配置与调整（费率、杠杆、限额、精度等），确保准确与合规。
3. 执⾏并落地交易类活动（交易赛、⼿续费活动、激励计划等），跟踪效果并输出基础数据复盘。
4. ⽇常监控交易数据与市场异常（价格偏离、深度异常、成交异常），及时联动产品与⻛控处理。
5. 建⽴并维护上下币与活动运营SOP，确保流程标准化、可复⽤、可追溯。
6. 负责客服产品培训与知识库建设，⽀持复杂交易问题与规则解释。
任职要求
1. 2年以上互联⽹或Crypto⾏业产品运营经验，有CEX/合约交易相关经验优先。
2. 熟悉交易所基础机制（撮合逻辑、合约规则、⼿续费结构、⻛控参数等）。
3. 具备较强的数据敏感度，能够使⽤Excel/SQL进⾏基础数据分析。
4. 执⾏⼒强，细节严谨，能够在多线程任务中保证配置准确率。
5. 具备良好的跨部⻔沟通能⼒，能推动技术、⻛控、市场协同落地。
6. 责任⼼强，能够适应7×24交易环境下的运营节奏。
加分项
1. 有产品经理从业经历，能够理解需求拆解、规则设计及跨部⻔协作逻辑。
2. 具备智能客服或⾃动化客服系统落地经验，参与过知识库结构设计或机器⼈问答优化。
3. 参与过交易所交易规则设计或参数优化项⽬（如费率结构、⻛控分层、活动机制）。
4. 有SOP体系搭建或流程优化经验，能够推动运营标准化建设。
