1. 卡產品運營支持
- 參與 Gate Card 的日常運營工作，包括活動策劃與執行、內容輸出、產品功能測試、用戶反饋處理等
- 協助跟進產品功能測試、上線與落地流程，追蹤並推動產品問題及時解決，保障產品迭代順利推進
- 進行跨部門協作，協調資源，確保產品按期上線並持續優化用戶體驗
2. 數據分析支持
- 利用數據工具分析用戶行為與運營效果，挖掘問題與突破點，從而推動產品優化與增長策略制定
- 熟練使用 Office、WPS 等辦公軟件，能使用 Excel 獨立完成數據處理、圖表分析與報告輸出
3. 市場與競品研究
- 收集整理市場動態與競品卡產品信息，輸出市場分析與趨勢洞察
