Job Responsibilities 1. Oversee the daily operation and management of the U-Card product, including user acquisition, retention, and engagement optimization 2. Coordinate with upstream and downstream partners (banks, payment institutions, merchants, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations 3. Manage customer inquiries and feedback, assisting the customer service team in improving service quality and response efficiency 4. Analyze operational data to develop and implement user incentive and marketing strategies 5. Collaborate with technology and product teams to drive new feature launches and enhance user experience 6. Participate in quarterly campaign planning and cross-departmental project execution Qualifications · Proven experience at a U-Card company, financial payment institution, virtual card provider, or bank card issuer, with a solid understanding of card product workflows · Familiarity with payment clearing and settlement, user authentication, and risk control processes · Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and resolve urgent issues · Customer service or operations management experience is a plus · Proficient in Chinese and English, with the ability to thrive in a remote collaboration environment Compensation and Benefits · Monthly salary: RMB 20,000–30,000 (depending on experience) · Performance-based and quarterly bonus system · Flexible remote work (global) · Annual promotion and training opportunities
