岗位职责
一、独立站整体运营
1. 主导 Shopify 独立站的长期运营，对站点流量、转化、GMV、复购负责
2. 站点日常迭代与转化率优化（A/B 测试、落地页、Checkout 流程）
3. 数据看板搭建与日常复盘机制（GA4 / Shopify Analytics / Klaviyo）
4. 产品上新、促销活动的站内配置与执行
二、营销与增长
1. 制定独立站营销策略与营销日历
2. 主导付费广告投放规划（Meta / TikTok / Google），与外部投放团队协同
3. 邮件营销（Klaviyo）体系从 0 搭建与运营
4. 红人（KOL/KOC）营销的策略制定与 BD 对接
5. SEO 与内容营销规划
三、跨部门协作
1. 与品牌、产品、履约团队及外部服务商协同推进
任职要求
1. 3-5 年以上 DTC / 独立站 / 跨境电商运营经验，有 Shopify 站点完整 0-1 操盘经验
2. 英文工作语言流利（书面与口语），能直接审阅英文文案、与海外服务商沟通
3. 有北美市场实战经验
4. 对数据敏感，体系化建设能力强，能独立 hold 跨部门协调
薪资10-15k，base北京or深圳，如果特别合适可以remote
