Job Responsibilities:

• User Operations and Growth: Responsible for the daily maintenance and Q&A of users in Cambodia, requiring extremely fast response times.
• Proactively identify user pain points, independently develop and execute user growth strategies, and be responsible for user satisfaction and growth data.
• Core User Management: Maintain frequent and in-depth communication with core user groups.
• Possess deep insight, able to translate user needs into concrete product improvement suggestions or operational plans, and work with the team to promote their implementation.
• Event and Content Planning: Responsible for content updates and event operations within the social product, independently planning and executing innovative online activities that combine local Cambodian cultural trends to increase user activity.
• Deep Localization: Responsible for the localization and refinement of product copywriting and content, ensuring that the language style conforms to local user habits and improving the localized experience of the product.

Job Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Cambodian (fluent reading and writing), fluent in spoken, written, and oral Chinese, able to use Chinese for work reports and logical expression without barriers.
• Work Autonomy: Strong self-motivation.
• Communication and Response: Demonstrates strong professional responsibility and responds promptly to team and user inquiries.
• Results-Oriented: Possesses flexible thinking, avoids rigid adherence to rules, and is capable of solving problems and achieving breakthroughs through innovative methods.
• Work Hours: Must work at least 3 days per week; those who can work full-time (5 days/week) will be given priority.
