To support the development, coordination, and maintenance of the Association’s operational resilience activities. To assist in business continuity planning, disaster recovery coordination, incident and crisis management activities, and regulatory compliance efforts. The role helps gather and validate information from business units, support documentation and reporting requirements, participate in exercises and testing activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at ensuring the Association's critical operations during disruptions and recover efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Must be willing to be assigned in AMWSLAI HEAD OFFICE, located at 5AMWSLAI Building, Boni Serrano corner 18th Ave., Murphy, Cubao, Quezon City 1109
