岗位职责
活动策划与执行：独立负责平台活动（节日活动、版本活动、拉新促活等）及社媒、社群活动的全流程，包括方案设计、资源协调、落地执行与效果复盘；
社媒运营：负责官方账号的内容策划与日常运营，维护账号人设，提升粉丝量与互动率；
社群运营：策划社群专属活动与玩法，提升社群活跃度与用户归属感；
用户增长与维系：围绕拉新、促活、留存设计运营策略，搭建用户激励与成长体系，提升核心用户粘性；
UGC 生态与 KOC 合作：策划二创激励、同人征集等 UGC 活动，联 KOC 进行内容传播与用户拉新；
数据复盘：跟踪活动效果与用户数据（活跃、留存、转化等），定期输出复盘报告，持续迭代运营打法；
"任职要求
3 年以上二次元、游戏或泛娱乐平台的用户 / 活动 / 社区运营经验；
有完整的活动策划与执行经验，能提供可量化的成功案例（活动参与量、拉新量、互动数据等）；
熟悉微博、B站、抖音、小红书等主流平台的内容生态与运营玩法；
具备数据意识，能独立完成活动数据分析与复盘；
有从 0 到 1 搭建社群或社媒账号的成功经历；
个人运营过有一定粉丝规模的社媒账号；
文案功底扎实，有创意、执行力强，具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力；
加分项：深度理解二次元文化，熟悉圈层用户的喜好、语言和梗。
