Job Description
CI/CD 与中间件方向
岗位职责
1.构建基于 K8s的CI/CD 平台（Argo CD/Tekton），实现 GitOps 发布、灰度及自动化回滚。
2.负责 Kafka、etcd、ZooKeeper服务部署、调优、监控与安全加固（TLS）。
3.建立中间件可观测体系，集成 Prometheus + Grafana + 日志系统，支撑性能分析与故障定位。
设计高可用与灾备方案，保障数据一致性与跨 AZ 容灾，SLA ≥ 99.95%。
4.通过 Helm/Kustomize 及 Python/Go/Shell 脚本，提升中间件交付标准化与自动化水平。
任职要求
1.本科及以上，5 年以上云原生/SRE 经验，有大规模 K8s 生产运维背景。
2.精通 Argo CD/Tekton 等 GitOps 工具，具备多环境发布与权限治理经验。
3.深入掌握 Kafka、etcd、ZooKeeper：
- 熟悉 K8s 化部署（Operator/Helm）、参数调优与容量规划；
- 具备 TLS 加密、SASL 认证等安全加固实战能力。
4.熟悉 AWS（MSK/EKS）或华为云（CCE/DMS Kafka）中间件服务，有混合架构经验优先。
5.硬性要求：能熟练使用 Python/Go/Shell 开发运维工具及 Helm Chart。
6.责任心强，具备故障复盘意识与良好协作能力。
加分项：Kafka KRaft 迁移经验；etcd 快照/压测实践；持有 CKA、AWS DevOps Pro 或 HCIP-Cloud Native 认证。
