I. Job Responsibilities

1. Working hours: Fixed night shift from 22:00 to 7:00 the next day (full-time on duty, no overnight overtime burden, regular shift schedule);

2. Monitoring and值守： Responsible for managing the monitoring of 20 unmanned sales stores， with 3-4 cameras per store， continuously focusing on viewing the CCTV surveillance footage， without any blind spots；

3. Customer response： Timely answering customer calls through CCTV for inquiries， patiently and clearly answering core questions (key points： payment operation， store opening process)， ensuring customers quickly understand and complete the operation；

4. Security focus： Focus on checking abnormal behaviors such as theft by customers and intentional damage to goods/equipment in the surveillance footage， immediately stopping them through CCTV announcements， simultaneously recording and retaining evidence；

5. Equipment support： During remote work， adjust the computer speakers to an appropriate volume (to ensure clear hearing of customer calls)， regularly check the smoothness of the monitoring and communication equipment， report any faults immediately；

6. Standard值守： Stay fully focused throughout， not doing anything unrelated to work (prohibited from using mobile phones， watching videos， chatting， etc.)， no absenteeism or slackness， complete daily shift records.

II. Qualifications Required

1. Language skills： Fluent in English listening and speaking， able to communicate with customers in English， clearly answering consultation questions (essential skills， key points for interview assessment)；

2. Core qualities： Extremely strong concentration， able to focus on the surveillance footage for a long time， meticulous and rigorous， sensitive to theft and other abnormal behaviors， responsible and patient；

3. Job fit： Able to adapt to fixed night shifts (22：00 - 7：00) for a long time， no lateness， early departure， or absenteeism， strictly abide by work norms；

4. Basic skills： Proficient in basic computer operations， able to use the monitoring system proficiently (requires customer service experience in unmanned sales stores)；

5. Priority conditions： Those with relevant experience in monitoring and值守 of unmanned sales stores are preferred， those who can focus on值守 throughout， strictly abide by work requirements are preferred.

6. Salary and benefits： Monthly salary of 25，000 pesos， paid monthly.
