.Net Developer - WFH

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust solutions that power key business operations. This role is ideal for developers who take pride in writing clean, testable code and continuously explore tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web and backend applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and requirements analysis to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and test-driven code following SOLID principles and industry best practices.
• Implement and maintain unit testing using frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps — to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and modern AI-assisted coding tools to improve development efficiency and maintain code quality.
• Manage repositories using Git/GitHub, participate in code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through continuous optimization and testing.
• Stay up to date with emerging .NET technologies, frameworks, and development trends.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in ASP.NET / .NET Core development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
• Proven experience in database design, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, or frameworks like React/Angular is an advantage.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and TDD.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted developer tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Candidate preferably based in Cebu.
