- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machines, and building systems as needed.
- Perform installation, calibration, and testing of technical components and fixtures.
- Respond to service calls and breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Assist in monitoring building utilities, equipment performance, and safety systems.
- Follow maintenance schedules and update maintenance logs or job orders.
- Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are kept in proper working condition.
- Support other technicians and facility teams during major repairs or projects.
- Comply with company safety policies, PPE usage, and permit-to-work procedures.
- Recommend improvements, replacements, or upgrades of equipment and systems.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or engineering lead.
