Job Description
岗位职责：
1.通过YouTube、SEO、Telegram/WhatsApp群等渠道，定向锁定竞品优质代理
2.需要潜入竞品代理社群，找到活跃代理，联系头部KOL和引流站长，转化为我们的代理，进而进行合作转化。
3.招募、培训、管理一批兼职BD（纯提成制）。
4.制定话术和打法，分配目标，把控代理质量，防范刷单风险。
5.亲自谈判高价值代理，给予VIP待遇直接打消顾虑。
岗位要求
3年以上销售/BD/代理运营经验，游戏、线下支付类行业优先。
深度理解印度游戏代理生态，知道代理在想什么、要什么、为什么会跳槽。
印度游戏领域重度用户，这是你的主战场。
能说会谈，不是只会发消息
加分项：
会说标准的中文，工作会话没有问题。英语也要达到印度口语水平。
在中国有多年生活经验，了解团队伙伴在想什么。
有自己的代理/KOL人脉网络
管过兼职销售团队
有其他运营工作经验
多语言更佳
