Job Description
岗位职责：
1、负责策划并执行面向市场的用户增长活动，结合行业特性设计创新型运营方案；
2、完成从市场热点捕捉到活动落地的全流程管理，重点提升用户活跃度与平台资产留存率；
3、协调技术、市场、客服等多部门资源，推动活动项目在目标市场的本地化实施；
4、建立用户成长激励体系，通过精准推送策略提升核心用户复购率及交易频次。
任职要求：
1、学历/专业：本科及以上，金融/经济/市场营销相关专业优先；
2、经验：5年以上运营经验，有完整活动周期操盘案例；
3、技能：熟练运用Google Analytics等数据分析工具，具备用户分层运营方法论；
4、具备优秀的市场敏感度，能快速响应行业政策变化调整运营策略；
5、三观正直，有强烈的自驱力和主动性，结果导向
