Responsibilities

• New User Acquisition: Minimum experience in KOL-driven commission rebate programs for spot and derivatives on Tier-1 or Tier-2 exchanges; responsible for departmental platform user acquisition.
• Channel Development: Ability to identify, develop, and integrate new channels; deliver high-quality marketing deployment plans and consolidate resources effectively. Capable of leveraging diverse sales and promotion channels, including but not limited to news media, vertical media, investment communities, industry influencers, SEO, quantitative teams, strategy optimizers, and investment instructors; e.g., Telegram, Twitter, Discord communities.
• Performance OKRs: Establish OKRs for new user targets, channel expansion plans, and user retention; accountable for data-driven growth.
• Market Research: Provide accurate market analysis, demonstrate strong research capabilities, monitor market trends, and deliver timely platform metrics feedback.

Requirements

• Basic Skills: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution; proficiency in English for business use.
• Experience: Over 2 years of experience in user acquisition and commission rebate coordination for Tier-1 or Tier-2 exchanges.
• Familiarity with blockchain industry resources such as KOLs, media outlets, and venture capital firms; results-oriented.
