Short-Form Video Clipper – Remote

We are looking for creative and motivated Short-Form Video Clippers & Social Media Managers to join our content team.

You will be responsible for turning longer-form content into engaging short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, while also helping manage and grow our social media presence.

Responsibilities

Video Clipping & Editing

• Find interesting and engaging moments from longer videos
• Create short-form clips optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, zooms, and other effects
• Create strong hooks and maintain engaging pacing
• Format videos properly for vertical platforms
• Follow content guidelines and requirements
• Upload and submit completed clips through our platform

Social Media Management

• Upload and publish short-form content across social media platforms
• Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags
• Schedule posts and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Monitor views, likes, comments, shares, and other basic engagement metrics
• Research current social media trends
• Suggest new content ideas and formats
• Help organize and maintain the social media content calendar
• Maintain a consistent brand style across social media accounts

Qualifications

• Experience in video editing, content creation, or social media management
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Knowledge of current social media trends
• Experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software
• Good understanding of short-form video content
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Fresh graduates and beginners with strong editing skills are welcome to apply.
