The B2B Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth within target industries. The role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and industry-specific platforms, particularly within technology, construction, or engineering software sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and support sales objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, search, and paid ads).
  • Manage lead generation initiatives, including campaign tracking, nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and industry engagements to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets and pipeline development.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
  • Utilize marketing tools and platforms to track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and generate reports.
  • Create and manage marketing content tailored for B2B audiences and industry-specific solutions.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Continuously improve marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience in industries such as technology, construction, or engineering software.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Oracle (Aconex), Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, lead generation, and event management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
