Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Chairman in formulating the overall market strategy and planning for the company;

2. Expand the company’s market strategies, grasp the development direction of the company within the industry, establish the company’s market positioning in the industry, and provide timely market feedback;

3. Develop and implement annual marketing and product plans, assist the operations department in formulating business plans, and coordinate with marketing promotional business plans;

4. Formulate and implement pricing systems and marketing strategies, marketing tactics, regional coverage strategies, and promotional plans for each product line;

5. Conduct market research and analysis, study industry peers and market conditions to provide a basis for company decision-making;

6. Participate in daily tasks such as market expansion and channel management;

7. Lead the team in designing and optimizing the company’s online platform and promote it online to increase traffic to the company’s online platform;

8. Develop the company’s brand management strategy, maintain and promote brand development, optimize the visual identity system, and promote the company brand through multiple channels;

9. Collaborate with other brand industries to conduct more marketing promotion activities through resource exchange and other methods;

10. Responsible for the company’s new media efforts, leading the team to delve into content marketing and produce influential content within the industry;

11. Effectively manage the team, guiding and assisting subordinates in completing their work;

12. Complete other related tasks assigned by the company.
