岗位职责
- 全球增长战略
- 制定3MPay全球用户增长策略，涵盖KOL/Influencer、Affiliate、付费广告、内容营销、社媒增长等渠道。
- 明确各目标市场（日本、东南亚、非洲、中亚）的进入策略与预算分配，优化CAC和LTV。
- KOL/联盟渠道管理
- 建立并管理KOL分级合作模型（头部/腰部/尾部），设计佣金与奖励机制。
- 拓展Affiliate网络，搭建自动化追踪系统，控制舞弊风险。
- 数字营销与投放
- 指导SEO/ASO策略，提升自然搜索与应用商店排名。
- 管理付费广告（Google、Twitter、TikTok等），监控ROI并持续优化。
- 活动与社区营销
- 策划并执行线上增长活动（交易大赛、空投、邀请返利等），提升用户交易活跃度。
- 与运营中心协作，将地推获客与线上增长打通，形成闭环。
- 团队管理
- 搭建并管理市场团队（初期3人），制定增长实验流程与数据复盘机制。
任职要求
- 经验：8年以上互联网/金融科技市场营销经验，其中至少3年Web3行业增长负责人经验。有从0到1推动用户量百万级增长案例者优先。
- 能力：精通KOL/Affiliate渠道管理；数据驱动，擅长漏斗分析；熟悉主要广告平台与社媒算法。
- 语言：中英文流利；熟悉当地市场文化者加分。
- 软技能：极强的好奇心和实验精神，能快速适应行业变化。
