The Inventory & Logistics Officer is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely delivery and replenishment of stocks, and supporting the daily operational needs of all branches. The position includes inventory monitoring, logistics coordination, branch deliveries, and compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of stocks, supplies, and materials
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries and inventory items
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare and submit inventory and logistics reports
• Coordinate delivery schedules and stock transfers to branches
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requests
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory items
• Drive and deliver supplies/inventory to branches as scheduled
• Ensure delivery vehicle is properly maintained and operational
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and operations team regarding inventory concerns
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory policies
• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing stocks when necessary

Qualifications:

• Physically fit to work
• Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle/L300 (Manual and Automatic)
• With valid driver’s license
• Preferably residing within Cagayan de Oro City
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
