1. Responsible for managing Cambodia operations, strictly controlling operating costs and accounts receivable, optimizing profit margins, and ensuring the business’s health and sustainable growth.

2. Fully accountable for the daily operations, process development, and performance management of local customs clearance, ocean freight, terminal coordination, and distribution teams, ensuring seamless, compliant, and efficient workflows.

3. Act as the local business interface, maintain existing client relationships, promptly address and resolve operational issues, and enhance customer satisfaction and long-term partnership loyalty.

4. Provide operational solution support to prospective clients, participate in commercial negotiations, and drive the execution of new business development.

5. Ensure all operations comply with local Cambodian regulations, control operating costs effectively, and continuously optimize operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in international logistics, supply chain, or local Cambodian customs clearance, ocean freight, and terminal operations management.

2. Proficient in Cambodian import/export customs declaration, clearance procedures, and ocean terminal operations.

3. Familiar with the local logistics market, major ports, trucking fleets, and regulatory authorities’ operations.

4. Excellent communication, coordination, and client relationship management skills.

5. Strong business-driving capabilities and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficient in English for business communication; Khmer language skills are a plus.
