Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Management (30%): Source Web3 streamers via local social media/communities, optimize content quality, provide training & support.
2. Live Trading & Research (40%): Execute personal strategies, analyze global markets (region-specific focus).
3. Content Streaming (30%): Host live shows in local language on major platforms (market recaps, TA, macro analysis, trading psychology).

Must-Haves:

1. Language: English (work proficiency) + Fluent in local language
2. Experience: 1+ yr live trading + Background in Brokerage/Prop House/Exchange/Crypto Hedge Fund + Web3 aligned
3. Track Record: 6+ months live data (Myfxbook/API link), monthly drawdown <25%
4. Strategy: Master 1-2 core strategies (Trend/Mean Reversion/On-chain Narrative)
5. Video: Submit a short face-reveal trial video

Nice to Have:

1. Own community (10k+ followers) or paid Alpha Group
2. Additional languages
