Job Responsibilities 1. Assist in organizing and maintaining the Group’s legal documents and support the team in developing standardized templates and processes. 2. Participate in the daily compliance management of the Group’s multi-jurisdictional entities (U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.). 3. Assist in drafting basic contracts, board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, and other corporate governance documents. Requirements 1. Currently enrolled in a reputable law school as an undergraduate or graduate student, with academic performance in the top 30% preferred. 2. Background in common law (U.S./U.K.) or overseas study preferred. 3. English as a working language (TOEFL 105 or above, or IELTS 7.5 or above). 4. Familiarity with fundamental corporate law and contract law, with the ability to draft basic legal documents; internship experience in cross-border corporate governance or compliance is a plus.
